AWWA Customer Service Certificate Program

Back by popular demand, the Customer Service Program returns this spring! For seasoned professionals and those just entering the water industry, this course offers a broad but in-depth spectrum of information, from the art of Customer Relationship Building to sales techniques as they relate to the water industry. The course is organized for your convenience, with the option to take one, two, or all three classes in either Kentucky or Tennessee.

KY/TN Section AWWA invites you to AWWA's Customer Service Certificate Program, designed to offer standardized training to Customer Service Representatives and other staff of water and wastewater utilities that currently do not have an in-house Customer Service training curriculum. The Certificate Program consists of 3 courses that are 9 hours each. The curriculum was developed by AWWA, Customer Service Professionals and Westin Engineering.

Certificates and Attendance:

Individuals may take any of the 3 courses. If all 3 are completed a certificate will be issued by American Water Works Association.

Certificates of Attendance will be given to attendees who arrive on-time and stay until the conclusion of the seminar. Each participant must pick up their own certificate at the conclusion of the event. NO certificates will be given out early, mailed or given to another individual.
